Muncie, IN’s team breaks ground on a new project
There are numerous incentive and assistance programs available through the Muncie-Delaware County EDA in partnership with Muncie-Delaware County and Indiana local government.  Among those incentives are:
  • Property tax abatements
  • TIF (tax increment financing)
  • The CReED (Community Revitalization Enhancement District) tax credit program
  • The CT Park (Certified Technology Park) program
  • (title tags to match program names)

The EDA also cooperates and participates with leaders of both City of Muncie and Delaware County government in an ongoing shell building program.

Recognizing that every Muncie business expanding existing operations in our community has differing needs, our assistance programs are tailored to each situation on a case-by-case basis. All Muncie business development projects are reviewed and evaluated separately to determine the best package that can be offered which will go the furthest in guaranteeing a successful operation.
